Federal Solar Power Incentives

Currently, the only Canada-wide solar power incentive is the federal tax provision for clean energy which was extended until 2025. Under this provision, businesses (including farms) are allowed to depreciate the cost of their solar power system at an accelerated capital cost allowance rate of 50% on a declining balance basis.

Solar Panel Power Canada also offers a special Cash Incentive to eligible homeowners who install a solar system with one of our preferred installers.
